If an FBR submission fails, the sale is saved and the submission is retried automatically up to 5 times with exponential backoff (30 seconds × 2^attempt). You can also manually retry with an override from the FBR dashboard. Failed invoices are never lost.

Can I import my product catalog with FBR HS codes pre-configured?

Yes. ClearRing includes a product template library organized by category — Groceries, Beverages, Dairy, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, Clothing, and more. Each template product has the correct FBR HS code, SRO schedule, scenario ID, and GST rate pre-filled. Import in bulk with one click.
