If an FBR submission fails, the sale is saved and the submission is retried automatically up to 5 times with exponential backoff (30 seconds × 2^attempt). You can also manually retry with an override from the FBR dashboard. Failed invoices are never lost.
Can I import my product catalog with FBR HS codes pre-configured?
