How is GridX HMS priced?
GridX HMS uses a modular subscription. The HMS Base plan is PKR 5,000/month and includes up to 3 users with patients, roles, and settings. You then switch on only the modules you need — OPD, IPD, pharmacy, lab, accounting, insurance, and more — each priced separately per month. You never pay for modules you don’t use.
Which clinical modules are available?

Is GridX HMS suitable for a small clinic as well as a full hospital?
Yes. A single-doctor clinic can run on the base plan plus OPD and Appointments, while a multi-ward hospital can add IPD, pharmacy, lab, accounting, and insurance. Because modules are independent, you scale the system up as your facility grows without changing platforms.
Does it include pharmacy and a medicine catalogue?
Yes. The Pharmacy & Inventory module manages multi-store stock with items, generics, batches, and expiry tracking. The Item Templates add-on lets you import from a curated catalogue of 31 therapeutic categories and 8,000+ DRAP/WHO-grounded products into your own pharmacy in a few clicks.
Can it handle insurance and panel (TPA) billing?
Yes. The Insurance & TPA module manages payers, submits claims, and tracks adjudication. Insured patients are billed against their payer with the correct split between the patient share and the insurer share.
Does GridX HMS include accounting, or do I need a separate system?
It includes a full double-entry accounting engine. Invoices, service bookings, and admissions auto-post balanced journal entries to the general ledger, so you get ledgers, vouchers, and financial reporting without a separate accounting package.
Is patient data isolated per hospital?
Yes. GridX HMS is multi-tenant with row-level isolation, and the platform can migrate a tenant to a dedicated database for stronger isolation and faster queries. Role-based access control with a server-enforced permission ceiling keeps staff scoped to exactly what they should see.
How do doctor and referral commissions work?
Define commission rules as fixed amounts or percentages, scoped to a doctor, technician, referrer, or employee and to specific items, services, or the whole entity. Commissions auto-calculate on invoices and bookings, accrue as a liability at billing, and clear at settlement with TDS/withholding handled automatically.
